Application for access to the Fourth Block examination on « The structures to be created» : first attempt.

I have completed my studies under  Section 5: Services structures  and all the other sections of Block 4 and submitted to you my reports on all sections. You have duly approved the reports and are in possession of my written and work and notes for Block 4, all of which have been copied to you in .htm form.

I therefore qualify, and apply, for access to the exam for the fourth block of the course on “The structures to be created”.

I understand  is an objective of the course for  the Diploma in Integrated Development that students obtain their diploma. In case of failure at this first attempt, my tutor will inform me of the errors made and make suggestions for further studies. Once I have completed the extra work, I have the right to  sit the exam (in a new version) again. In case of failure at the second attempt, you will advise me of the errors made and make suggestions for  further review  When the complementary studies have been completed, I have the right to sit the exam (in a new version) for the third time.

I accept that the study points for Block 4 will be finally conceded upon my passing the consolidated exam for Section B « Solutions to the problems » of the course.

I declare I am aware that the contents of  all exam papers may be subsequently used for other students, and that they are therefore strictly confidential. I promise not to pass to other students details of the exam papers and/or of my exam material until they have been formally  published by Stichting Bakens Verzet.
