Important note :  The course is new. Bursary support will not be available until it has been approved by national (eventually international) authorities responsible for bursaries. This may take several years. Until then, the course can be followed either by students independently, free of charge, or  with tutor fees covered privately by the student.

Applies to be admitted to the post-master’s course for the Diploma in Integrated Development (Dip. Int. Dev.) with a minimum study time of 504 hours spread over three terms plus a term for the preparation of an integrated development project for the chosen area.

The Model for self-financing, ecological, sustainable, local development projects for the world’s poor at the basis of the course for the Diploma in Integrated Development Project is the intellectual property of NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet (Another Way), 1018 AM Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Model is in the public domain. Anyone interested can use it in good faith free of charge for non-commercial applications subject always to correct citation of the origin as follows :

“This project/work has been prepared following the Model for self-financing, ecological, sustainable, local development projects for the world’s poor placed free of charge at the disposal of interested parties by NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet (Another Way), 1018 AM Amsterdam, Netherlands.”

This citation should be included in all documents publications, and websites linked to projects drafted in terms of the Model.

Undersigned accepts that the Model for self-financing, ecological, sustainable, local development projects for the world’s poor promoted by NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet ( Another Way) on which the course for the Diploma in Integrated Development is based has a high social and moral value which must be maintained and protected. The Model alone cannot substitute for poorly drafted and executed projects. Projects drafted by third parties under the terms of the Creative Commons Licence must be submitted for revision free of charge by NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet before implementation. Revised and authorised projects may, at the sole discretion of NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet, be published together with eventual notes of revision at website www.integrateddevelopment.org.  Revision of projects will be carried out within  30 days of their receipt by NGO Stichting Bakens Verzet.
