The chairman opened the meeting at 20.00 hours, present board members, that is, Mr Taake Manning (chairman) and Mrs Fiona Ting-A-Kee (secretary-treasurer) in the presence of the director Mr T.E.Manning

01. Period report to 30/6/2010. The meeting, having read the director’s report (period report to 30/6/2011) , approves it.

02. Questions. There were no questions.

04. Reading and approval of the minutes. The directly written minutes were read by the chairman, by the board approved, and signed by the chairman and the secretary/treasurer.

The chairman closed the meeting at 20.15 hours.
