(02 hours )
Graphic presentations of the activities typical of each quarter are to
be found in 07.11 Quarterly expenditure of the
Model. The information for the graphs can be found in 07.13
The Excel spreadsheets for the preparation of the budget (technical
document).
The formation of each of the structures always follows its own rhythm,
and varies from project to project, from well commission to well commission and
from tank commission to tank commission. The graphs showing expected quarterly
expenditure should however give a good vision of the progress made in project
execution.
Warning ! The information in the graphs reflects formal
money expenditure. It does mot necessarily reflect the amount of work being
carried out. For instance, the formation
of the local money system has a budgeted amount of just € 37.500 , but involves
some 100.000 hours of work by the populations.
The Excel file with the total
expenditure per quarter makes it
possible to calculate the total of all quarterly activities. Working from this
file, graphs can be made showing quarterly expenditure for each individual
budget item.
Activities first quarter.
Activities second quarter.
Activities third quarter.
Activities fourth quarter.
Activities fifth quarter.
Activities sixth quarter.
Activities seventh quarter.
Activities eighth quarter.
