Make a list of the quarters. Next to each quarter make a second column, with a list of the five main activities from the point of view of the investment  needed. Next to each group of five activities make a third column and write in the budget  amount for each of the five activities. Next to the budget  amount make a fourth column with your comments. Bear in mind that most activities take place over several quarters.

3. Opinion.

 

Taking the reality in your chosen area into account, give a one page indication on whether you think the procurement periods are adequate. If you think they should be changed, give an alternative time for delivery explain why you think it is necessary.
