(At least two hours)
Click here to see a typical
activities plan for the execution of an individual integrated development
project. The description of each item contains an indication of the parties
involved in the activity in question.
The plan enables standard project progress to be traced month by month .
Items 60101-61901 cover the main structures to be established during
project execution. The 19 structures involved are numbered 601-619.
1. Research.
On two pages note the expected time for
the commencement of each activity and explain the reasons for the specific
order of sequence for their execution.
To see a graphic summary of the activities for each quarter, see :
2. Research.
Make a list
of the quarters. Next to each quarter make a second column, with a list of the
five main activities from the point of view of the investment needed. Next to each group of five activities
make a third column and write in the budget
amount for each of the five activities. Next to the budget amount make a fourth column with your
comments. Bear in mind that most activities take place over several quarters.
Here is a typical plan for the purchase of services and goods for
individual integrated development projects.

the periods between procurement and the execution of the structures.
3. Opinion.
Taking the reality in your chosen area into account,
give a one page indication on whether you think the procurement periods are
adequate. If you think they should be changed, give an alternative time for
delivery explain why you think it is necessary.
Once
you have completed your work on this section you can proceed with the preparation of your report on the justification of the order of sequence for the
creation of the structures.
◄ Fourth block : Section 1. Justification of the order of sequence for the
